These rules have been put in place for your own safety, and for the safety of others.

• Healthy, free from any contagious diseases and fully vaccinated;
• Well socialised, well behaved and comfortable around crowds of people and around large numbers of dogs;
• On a leash at all times and owners must pick up after their dog and the dog must be registered with their local council and be wearing an up to date registration tag.

Nestlé Purina Petcare may refuse admission to persons or animals in its sole discretion. Aggressive dogs will be asked to leave the event. Failure to control a dog while at the event may lead to the dog being impounded and an infringement notice issued by an Animal Control Officer.

Nestlé Purina Petcare is not liable nor does it accept any responsibility for any loss, damage or detention whatsoever to or of any person, animal or property or the death of or injury suffered to any person or animal whether arising from accidents or other causes whatever or from any act or omission of itself, its officers, agents, servant or others whilst at the Purina Bark in the Park event.

Persons attending Purina Bark in the Park agree to indemnify Nestlé Purina Petcare against any loss or liability, cost, expense or damages arising from or in relation to the entry either by person, vehicle or otherwise.
